Christy Larrison is efficient, energetic, organized and oh so nice! She was able to clear out years of collecting, books, furniture, and memorabilia for my client while leaving just enough to professionally “stage” the home. We had multiple offers in 2 days and it went well over the list price! She then removed everything before close. She even had a resource who was able to professionally clean the carpets so that the owner did not have to replace them. I would not hesitate to highly recommend her.
