Staging homes

As many as you know we do much more than just Estate Sales! Recently we have been staging houses for sale. Cleaning Out and Staging are very practical and easy ways of making your home very marketable. This Eastside 2 bedroom Condominium had two written offers with the first four hours of listing after we staged it.

After we clean out and donate extra decor to local charities, we reuse the remaining items to enhance the space to help create the best possible look of a ready - move in atmosphere. 

Lastly we bring in a few accessories and artwork to finalize the space.

I know it may seem like we haven't been doing anything for awhile now, but behind the scenes we've been hard at work! As many of you know we were flooded a few weeks ago and had 6+ feet of water in our warehouse. With the help of amazing people and some hard work in just a few weeks we have got the place back to normal and better than ever!

Around the holidays we normally take some time away from sales to focus on organizing and decorating all of our booths at Riverside Centre Antique mall. • Be careful when removing furniture out of the home, make sure to have to right resources to remove the piece without damaging the home.

• We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that happen on the property.

• We accept cash, check & credit with valid drivers license.

• We do not deliver.

• Although we love our furry friends, we heavily discourage you from bringing them into the owners house. 

• Everything is sold AS IS, make sure to check the condition of the piece.

• Test the electronics, plug them in and make sure the piece works correctly.
