Cleaning Out and Staging are very practical and easy ways of making your home very marketable. This Eastside 2 bedroom Condominium had two written offers with the first four hours of listing after we staged it.
After we clean out and donate extra decor to local charities, we reuse the remaining items to enhance the space to help create the best possible look of a ready - move in atmosphere.
Lastly we bring in a few accessories and artwork to finalize the space.
